Program Options & Pricing
1/2 Day Session
- Ideal for smaller companies of 30 or less people and who can arrange for all employees to attend at the same time.
Full Day Session
- Ideal for larger companies of more than 30 people. We like to conduct a session in the morning with just the staff and line employees as more open dialogue is fostered when management is not present. Then we conduct a session with management in the afternoon and incorporate much of the information gathered during the morning session regarding employee’s concerns into the program so it fully addresses what is really happening in the workplace.
Additional 1/2 Day Session
- We recognize that gathering everyone in your organization together at the same time is like herding cats. So when you are unable to have everyone present on the same day whether for a half day or a full day we offer an additional 1/2 day session at a slightly lower price. Note: The two training sessions must be scheduled no more than 30 days apart.
Custom Sessions
- If these pre-set program durations don't work for you we've got you covered. Whether it be your workforce size or operational model there are times when custom training programs are required. If this is the case for you simply reach out to talk about your unique needs and we'll create a custom program for you.

The Respectful Workplace training was very interesting and informative. They told a number of stories from their own experience that made the presentation very interesting and sometimes humorous. The materials were clear and provided some very helpful suggestions for creating a respectful workplace. These kinds of trainings can sometimes be boring, but they were able to present the material in a lively and engaging manner that kept everyone's attention. I would recommend them for any organization that desires to educate their employees on how to properly treat each other at the workplace.Trish, Firm Administrator
They were extremely accommodating to our scheduling needs and gave us an outline ahead of time so that we could review and add or remove anything that was not pertinent to our goals for the training. The facilitator was extremely informative when there were questions and provided anecdotal evidence that clearly illustrated real life scenarios that we encounter on a daily basis, and how she would advise we handle those moving forward. The training has given our management team as a whole a new level of confidence in dealing with our daily employee and customer interactions. I can honestly say that this training strengthened our team and would highly recommend it to others!Kaitlin, HR Manager
They spoke twice at our conference on Employment Law 101 and Social Media in the workplace. The Employment Law training materials were comprehensive and we received many positive comments on the feedback forms. The Social Media training covered how employers can, and cannot, control what their employees post on their social media accounts. It was extremely informative and timely. She was an excellent presenter/trainer. She is professional, informative, engaging, and articulate. Not only do I highly recommend her, but I am confident your organization will see positive results after her presentation.Dana, CPA & Conference Board Member
