LEARN ABOUT OUR WHY

Our Brand Mantra

Why are we in this business?

I became a lawyer to help others who were the victims of harassment and discrimination in the workplace. To advocate for those who could not advocate for themselves. As time went on I saw a need to address conduct in the workplace that was demeaning, degrading, hostile and sometimes abusive but yet not illegal. I saw how the legal system can’t really help people who are the victims of this type of conduct and developed a training program to help them by helping increase awareness of these behaviors, provide tools to eliminate these behaviors and thus develop positive, uplifting and respectful workplaces in which employees can thrive and companies can enjoy increased profits.

How do we want to be remembered?

We want to be remembered as a company that made a difference in people’s lives, and helped improve the culture of workplaces so employees can feel safe, respected and valued.

What are we committed to?

We are committed to running a successful training business and bringing it to a national audience. We are committed to providing quality training programs that help make respectful and improved workplaces for both companies and employees. We are committed to help restore the respect and dignity employees deserve.
